Still recovering from your last event disaster? The vendor who ghosted, the tech that failed, the CEO who changed everything last minute? I handle the hundreds of moving pieces so you can actually enjoy your own event. From venue negotiations to day-of coordination, I prevent the disasters you haven't even imagined yet.
Service Details
Making sure your event is remembered for all the right reasons.
Events are where reputations are made or destroyed in real-time. No do-overs, no patches, no "we'll fix it in a post". That's why I run everything like a NASA launch - checklists for the checklists, backups for the backups, and relationships with vendors who'd rather die than let us down. Your event isn't just another Tuesday for me - it's a mission where failure simply isn't an option.
The difference between a good event and a legendary one? Someone who sweats every detail before anyone arrives. I negotiate with vendors, create contingency plans for scenarios that sound like movie plots, and provide working solutions and a budget counseling when the CEO wants to change the entire program 12h before showtime. Your event becomes my mission, and I don't do failure.

Why me?
Because one disaster can undo years of reputation building.
The difference? I treat your event like a product launch, a theatrical production, and a military operation all at once. Strategic objectives, emotional journey mapping, and contingency planning that would make special forces jealous. I don't just book venues and arrange catering - I architect experiences that achieve business objectives while feeling completely organic.
Events highly differ in size and purpose, budget and location, audience and brand. Depending on the scope and combination, I focus on certain details more than others and leave out, add or adjust certain event management blocks. A concert needs focus on sound and marketing. A corporate event needs focus on location, catering and program. A clubbing needs focus on community building, music selection and atmosphere. A 30 person event doesn't require a sophisticated plan with granular task management and delegation, but a 1000 person corporate event does. The budget size is proportionally different for both, as is my pricing.
