Collaborative organization for hosting Chinese BYD leadership visits together with Vangardist Agency. When one of China's largest EV manufacturers needed to make their mark in Europe, they needed someone who understood both Eastern ambition and Western expectations. I helped Vangardist Agency orchestrate experiences that speak for themselves.
I managed small details from initial planning to execution. Created marketing materials, organized video spots, or decorated tables with name tags.

These weren't just corporate meet-and-greets. Every touchpoint was considered: from the moment executives stepped into vehicles, to the final handshake. I helped make sure nothing was lost in translation. Spots have the right bureaucratic permissions and the correct tea is served.
