Administrating a global luxury brand creation from sketch to store with an Austrian icon
Accompanying an Austrian designer icon in creating a global brand for a high-profile client. With production in Italy, this involved coordinating high-quality talented freelancers, suppliers, and producers. I helped draft business plans that made sense, calculations that added up, budgets, reports, web concepts and more.
As a Project Coordinator, I acted as a liaison between the project manager, CEO, operational team and assisted the designer. I helped handle the unsexy internal parts that make fashion work.

Brand launch
Global brand to be launched, Italian production secured
This wasn't fast fashion - this was slow, deliberate creation of something meant to last. Every supplier carefully selected by the designer, every producer visited, every stitch considered. The production was in Italy because that's where the craftsmanship lives. The team was international because talent doesn't respect borders. The vision was global because why aim for anything less?
Working with an Austrian design icon taught me that fashion is 10% creativity and 90% logistics. The difference between a beautiful idea and a successful brand is someone who can navigate both worlds. I became that bridge in administrative context - speaking designer in the morning, CFO in the afternoon, and friend in the evening. The brand didn't launch as per order, and yes, I signed an NDA, so that's all you're getting.
