Representing Vangardist Agency
Project management in collaboration with Vangardist Agency for MIT Europe Conference 2023 and 2025. When MIT comes to Europe, hosted by the economic chamber, they need sophisticated and perfectionist execution (Vangardist). I created the entire website presence together with a partner graphics designer, managed ticketing, attendance, livestream session setup, billing, email automations, on-site gamification and more, while Vangardist managed the visual conceptual and administrative aspects.
When MIT needed someone to handle their European conferences, I brought my A-game. Website creation and editing in their native vendor tool, complex ticketing options and flows that work, on-site facilitation where nothing was left to chance. Between the lines I've researched billing requirements and internal mechanisms between the intra-organization reciept and exchange, or handled customer support queries like refunds or editing bookings, in close collaboration and under guidance from the MIT's internal events department and the economic chambers.

The 2023 conference was a masterclass in organized chaos - 500 attendees, 20+ speakers, 4 parallel workshop tracks, 1 team making it all work seamlessly, managed by assist communications and WKO.
What really made these events special was working in a team comprised of different organizations bright minds in event management, hosting the bright minds from MIT for bright-minded listeners.
